your current, state issued identification
and a vehicle insurance policy or
vehicle registration. All forms and
copies are to be faxed to 541-955-6924.
Once paperwork is faxed, visit our
mailbox rental area for online payment
options, if paying via fax or supplying
a credit card number, please add
this information to a sheet of paper
and include with fax.
